| Turn-Around Notice|

I (HeyRei) am a disabled artist with a job as well, so there is a chance commissions or trades may take longer than expected. I aim to meet a two week maximum deadline for pieces without a complex background or multiple fullbodies paid for in USD. Pre-paid USD orders take priority over trades or orders not purchased using real currency. Larger orders may take much longer, same with trades, but I will keep updated as needed.

| Overall Work Terms |

  • I (HeyRei) do not accept website game currency, game base designs, or premade base designs as payment for a commission of any kind.

  • Any art I (HeyRei) make should be credited to my Toy.house.

  • Any art I (HeyRei) make cannot be reposted or reused by anyone other than the commissioner or myself.

  • Any art I (HeyRei) cannot be used for commercial use unless openly agreed to and purchased for commerical use.

  • I (HeyRei) reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a commission, or refusal to send the commission if payment is not sent within a 14 day period when completed. [Refund will be provided for a cancellation and commissioner may use the sketch/line work present]

  • I (HeyRei) reserve the right to refuse a design being transferred or refuse any service to a specific person or group due to them being hateful of marginalized groups, them being associated with problematic or dangerous behavior, or generally being uncomfortable with them for personal reasons.

  • I (HeyRei) will refuse refunding once a commission is completed and sent.

  • I (HeyRei) will blacklist repeated cancellation customers and customers who repeatedly refuse/cannot pay for the end commission.

| Artpiece Terms |

  • Any artpiece I (HeyRei) cannot be sold as prints unless purchased for commercial use.

  • Payment for the commissioned piece I (HeyRei) make should be sent after being shown a sketch to the customer's liking.

| Designwork Terms |

  • Any design I (HeyRei) make can be updated, or overhauled by the owner or other paid artist.

  • Any design I (HeyRei) make cannot be transferred into an adopt community, or be used as reference/inspiration to have a design similar in an adopt community without directly asking me prior for approval.

  • Any design I (HeyRei) make cannot be sold for more than paid for unless the design has been changed. Addition/removal of items, or addition/removal of one color do not count towards this.

  • Any free/trade/non real currency design I (HeyRei) make, such as a free adoptable, gift, or trade, cannot be sold at all unless the design has been changed.
