Any art I (HeyRei) make should be credited to my Toy.house.

Any art I (HeyRei) make cannot be reposted or reused by anyone other than the commissioner.

The commissioner may commission a piece/design to use in a commercial service only after notifying me first. _{Applies to games, books, and similar projects}

I (HeyRei) reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a commission, or refusal to send the commission if payment is not sent within a 14 day period when completed. _{Refund will be provided for a cancelled commission if payment is sent before completion}

I (HeyRei) reserve the right to refuse a design being transferred or refuse any service to a specific person or group due to them being hateful of marginalized groups, them being associated with problematic or dangerous behavior, or generally being uncomfortable with them for personal reasons. _{As me privately for any specific names.}

I (HeyRei) will refuse refunding once a commission is completed and sent.

If a customer's payment situation has become complicated, such as them not being paid in time to pay, contact me (HeyRei) directly to discuss options.

Any artpiece I (HeyRei) cannot be sold as prints under any circumstances.

Payment for the commissioned piece I (HeyRei) make should be sent after being shown a planned sketch to the customer's liking. _{Exception is sketch page commissions, which will be sent after completion.}

Any design I (HeyRei) make can be updated, or overhauled by the owner or other paid artist.

Any design I (HeyRei) make cannot be transferred into an adopt community, or be used as reference/inspiration to have a design similar in an adopt community. Open species not owned by the character owner also count towards this.

Any design I (HeyRei) make/have made for an adopt community can be changed into a different personal/non public species should the community's rules not specify otherwise.

Change in color palette. Can be dulled or more saturated, but specifically must be noticeable in comparison to the original design. Alt/Optional palettes do not count, 1 color addition or replacement does not count.

Changing the detail level to be more or less. Specific to markings.

Change in texture of design. Specific to markings.

Change to a different species as primary/main design. If a different artist who is not the owner draws the new version, see their ToS instead. Alt species designs do not count. Species must be visually different enough from the original to count.

Change to/Addition of extra physical features. Includes removal/change of wings, multiple heads, different kinds of limbs, or large amounts of markings.
